We want you to love your Toad&Co gear, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to make the process as sustainable and seamless as possible so you can get back to your adventures.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an easy exchange for a different size, or a store credit bonus.
Pack and Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items—ideally in the original reusable mailer to help reduce environmental waste.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
